
She Says, We Act
‘She Says, We Act’ is an initiative fighting to achieve gender equality in the workplace through real action. According to data from the World Economic Forum, 66% of people in great Britain agree that women won’t achieve equality in their country unless men take actions to support women’s rights too.
To achieve Gender Equality, it’s going to take all of us.
For She Says, we created a Linked in campaign to recruit allies. We created She Says’ first ever job post, for a key role in gender equality; an “Ally”. Using the power of LinkedIn, we sent our message far and wide, targeting our She Says communities audience. The editorial reach was a phenominal 1,782,850 people.
We sent up our job ad, with shareable content and messaging to encourage allies to apply. These sign ups are the key to She Says allyship platform that will champion how we can all help reach gender equality through training, toolkits and events.
My role was Creative Director alongside the She Says Team. This project came to life in a very short space of time.

In a nod to the first ever International Women’s Day protests, we held our own recruitment rally in Farringdon near many big agencies. Dogs welcome.

We encouraged our She Says community to post about their commitment to being an ally. Taking over the LinkedIn feed with our campaign imagery and messaging.
